Sweet, creamy, and frothy, these Cinnamon Lattes are infused with warm cinnamon spice and finished with whipped surf and cinnamon for a cozy coffee drink that tastes just like the coffee shop favorite!

Ingredients

For the cinnamon syrup:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cinnamon sticks, wrenched in half
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the lattes:

  • 2 shots (3 oz) espresso or 4 oz. strong spirituous coffee
  • 1 cup milk, (whole, 2%, or oat preferred)
  • 2 Tablespoons cinnamon syrup, increasingly or less to taste, recipe below
  • Whipped surf or whipped dairy topping
  • Ground cinnamon

Instructions

For the cinnamon syrup:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, water, and cinnamon sticks over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring often, and protract simmering until sugar is dissolved.
