- Yogurt- I like to use a whole milk Greek yogurt for a satisfying value of protein and fat, but you can use whatever kinds of yogurt (flavored or unflavored) you prefer.

- Fruits- We love to add increasingly fruit on top of our comic splits. Fresh berries, diced apples, mango, and pineapple, are all succulent options.
- Nuts and Seeds- This is totally optional, but a sprinkling of diced pecans, almonds, or peanuts, chia or flax seeds adds flipside lovely layer of texture. You can moreover add a scoop of nut butter!
- Sweets and Spice– Depending on the sweetness of your yogurt and your personal preferences, you might want to add a drizzle of maple syrup, honey, or vanilla syrup to your bowl. In the fall and winter, we love to add a sprinkle of cinnamon as well!

- Peel and split the comic in half and place it on a plate or bowl.
