I find it quite convenient to have a selection of really wonderful Instant Pot recipes that I can resort to for quick weekday meals that are not only nutritious but also flavorful and appealing to all members of the family.

While it may be difficult to find a meal that everyone enjoys, the following ten recipes for the Instant Pot are ideal for families since they are so nutritious.

Therefore, even if you only choose one to test, it results in a family supper that is much simpler than the one you had before!

1. Chicken grilled in an Instant Pot

This soft shredded chicken, which only requires two ingredients, is a favorite of ours to use in sandwiches; however, you could also serve it over a grain or with buttered noodles. Simply serve a side of a basic vegetable, and supper will be ready to go!

2. Chicken and Rice Burrito Bowls

Both my husband and I enjoy eating this recipe as a burrito bowl, and my daughters enjoy eating it as a filling for quesadillas. Both of these methods are simple and excellent.

3. Chicken and Tofu Tacos Prepared in an Instant Pot

In recent times, I have prepared this meal twice, and I must say that it is quite simple and quick to prepare, particularly if you shop for precut vegetables. Also, we really enjoy eating the leftovers over rice!

4. Mac and cheese prepared in an Instant Pot

If you add some frozen peas or broccoli that has been cooked to this finished mac and cheese, you will have a nutritious meal that is ready to be served to your family.

5. Perfect Pinto Beans Prepared in an Instant Pot

Using this really straightforward procedure, you can transform inexpensive dry beans into taco beans that are extremely delicate and tasty. You can also use these beans to make burritos, grain bowls, or refried beans. The process is virtually as simple as opening a can of beans that you bought at the shop!

This is one of my favorite recipes, and my family and I make it at least once a month. It is served with rice, a simple vegetable, and a side of naan or pita. This dish is wonderful not just because it is savory and simple, but also because the chicken is really moist and simple for young children to chew.

Despite the fact that I still find it hard to believe that it is feasible to prepare this entire supper in the Instant Pot, it is really delicious! (And simple, which is essential when it's 5:30 in the evening.)
