Simple Charleston Breakfast Casserole Recipe for Hectic Mornings

This Easy Egg Bake recipe is inspired by the Charleston breakfast casserole dish I came onto online.Since I think two meats are always better than one, I added sausage and additional cheese to the recipe. The way the croutons not only taste but also make it considerably easier to put together. The bread has already been made, hence it is not necessary to dry or cut it.
